What happens when you request deletion?
After we receive and validate your request, we will process deletion of your account and associated personal data in accordance with our applicable privacy policy and legal obligations.
- Account profile and authentication data are scheduled for deletion.
- Personal profile information is removed or anonymized where appropriate.
- Associated reward, referral and activity data is removed or anonymized where legally and technically possible.
- Submitted content and related personal information are removed or unpublished, subject to legitimate retention requirements.
- Active services or subscriptions may need to be closed before final deletion when necessary to complete an outstanding financial or contractual process.
Information that may be retained
We may retain a limited amount of information where necessary for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, chargebacks/disputes, accounting, security or regulatory/legal compliance. Retained information should be limited to the minimum necessary and protected from unauthorized use.
Deleting an account is different from simply disabling or freezing it. The deletion workflow is intended to remove associated account data, subject to lawful retention requirements.

Include the email address or phone number associated with the Loyal Reward account. We may ask for reasonable verification to prevent unauthorized deletion requests.
Important before deletion
- Use or withdraw any balance that is legitimately payable, where supported by your service rules.
- Resolve any open payment/refund/dispute process that legally requires temporary retention.
- Understand that account deletion is intended to be permanent once completed.
